The cost of your health program depends upon the type, intensity and frequency of surveillance performed. Annual fees typically range from $3,000 to $4,500 and are determined in advance. Group pricing is available.

Our health care benefits service will assist you in filing a claim with your medical insurance carrier, if you so desire. Reimbursement is dependent upon your policy and typically covers 10-50% of the program fee.
